Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 3 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the fetch.app iOS app and related services operated by LBC Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By using fetch.app you agree to these Terms.

1) The service

fetch.app is a personal order management app. It lets you track online orders, returns, and refunds from any retailer; automatically process order emails you forward to a personal fetch.app address; ask plain-English questions about your orders and spending using an AI assistant; and receive push notifications for order and return status changes.

2) Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old to use fetch.app. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your account secure — including your personal fetch.app forwarding address, which acts as a private access credential. Contact legal@get-fetch.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

3) Subscription and billing

Free trial. New users receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

Plans. After your trial you can choose a monthly or annual subscription. Current prices are shown in the app and vary by region.

Payment. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation. Cancel at any time via App Store → Settings → Subscriptions. You retain access until the end of your current paid period. Refunds for unused time are not provided except where required by applicable law.

Apple's terms. Your subscription is also subject to Apple's standard end user licence agreement and App Store terms, available at apple.com/legal.

4) Acceptable use

You agree to use fetch.app lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

5) Email forwarding

fetch.app works by processing emails you forward to a personal address assigned to your account. You are responsible for only forwarding emails that are your own — specifically order confirmations, dispatch notifications, delivery updates, and return correspondence. We process email content solely to provide the service described in these Terms.

6) AI outputs

fetch.app uses AI to answer questions about your orders. Responses are based on data you have added to the app and are provided for convenience only — they may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important details such as refund amounts, return deadlines, or delivery windows directly with the retailer. Do not rely on AI outputs for financial or legal decisions.

7) Third-party services

fetch.app depends on third-party services including Supabase, Anthropic, Postmark, RevenueCat, Sentry, and Apple. Interruptions or changes to these services may affect availability or functionality. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party providers.

8) Intellectual property

fetch.app, the fetch.app name, logo, and all content, design, and software in the app are owned by LBC Consulting or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights beyond the right to use the app for its intended purpose.

9) Disclaimer and liability

fetch.app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBC Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of fetch.app, including losses from inaccurate AI outputs, missed notifications, or service unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10) Regional consumer rights

These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, including rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer protection directives, and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. Where local law provides greater protections, local law prevails.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of fetch.app after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
